Terms and conditions.

These terms apply when you use the Clear My Udaan website, counselling services and IELTS/PTE learning or practice workspaces. By using an account or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use the services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

If you use the service for a child or student who cannot accept these terms independently, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep passwords and sign-in access private and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
• Do not share paid or role-restricted access unless Clear My Udaan has expressly approved it.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the platform, scrape protected content or access another user’s information.

Practice scores, automated evaluations, counselling information and learning materials are educational guidance. They are not official IELTS/PTE scores and do not guarantee admission, a visa, employment, a scholarship or any examination result.

Official decisions remain with the relevant examination body, educational institution, government authority or other third party.

You remain responsible for answers, recordings, documents, comments and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You permit us and our service providers to process submitted material only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service.

Prices, plan duration, included features and any refund conditions shown at purchase or agreed in writing form part of these terms. Access may expire at the end of the purchased period.

Unless required by applicable law or an expressly stated refund policy, completed services, consumed sessions and activated digital access may not be refundable.

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, internet conditions and third-party providers may occasionally interrupt access. Features may change as courses, examinations, technology or provider requirements evolve.

Links and integrations operated by third parties are also governed by those parties’ terms and policies.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clear My Udaan is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational guidance, third-party decisions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
