We collect information you provide when you contact us, request counselling, create an account, enrol in a service or use an IELTS/PTE practice workspace.

• Identity and contact details such as your name, email address and telephone number.
• Account information, enrolment details, practice answers, scores, progress and support messages.
• Recordings or files you choose to submit for speaking, writing or other learning activities.
• Basic device, browser, security and service-log information processed when you use the website.

When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google provides an identity token containing the basic account information needed to sign you in, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image.

Google sign-in does not give Clear My Udaan access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. We use the supplied identity information only to create, secure and operate your Clear My Udaan account.

• Provide counselling, education, account access and test-practice services.
• Save progress, evaluate submitted work and present results or feedback.
• Reply to enquiries, send service emails and provide account support.
• Protect accounts, prevent misuse, diagnose problems and improve the service.
• Meet legal, accounting and regulatory responsibilities where applicable.

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for website hosting, Google for sign-in and selected storage features, Resend for transactional email, and AI processing providers for clearly identified practice-evaluation features.

Providers process information only for the relevant service function and under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Different records may have different retention periods.

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, authenticated accounts and database security policies. No online system can promise absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and notify us of suspected misuse.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain by law. You can also disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings.

Where a student is under the age at which they can provide valid consent independently, a parent or guardian should be involved in account creation and use.
