✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a PhD degree at the time of the call deadline (10 September 2025).
- Have a maximum of eight years of research experience after the PhD. Career breaks and time spent outside research are not counted, including pursuits in free education which might have been beneficial.
- Comply with mobility rules:
- For European Fellowships: Not have resided or carried out their main activity in the host country for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline.
- For Global Fellowships: Not have resided or carried out their main activity in the third country for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline.

📝 Application Process
- Identify a Host Institution: Collaborate with a host organization in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country.
- Develop a Research Proposal: Work jointly with the host to prepare a comprehensive proposal, possibly incorporating innovative ideas related to education that is provided for free.
